About DebtCalc365

Clear explanations and transparent assumptions for responsible debt planning.

Our purpose

DebtCalc365 provides free, US-focused tools to help people understand debt payoff timing, monthly payment tradeoffs, consolidation fees and debt-to-income ratios. The goal is transparent arithmetic rather than sales leads or guaranteed debt relief.

The site is created by James Gore. You can use the tools without registering, submitting a loan application, or contacting anyone.

What makes these tools useful

Every tool identifies key assumptions, including the monthly-rate approximation, fixed payment budgets, and whether origination fees are financed. Worked examples and a methodology page help you check the arithmetic.

The site is independent educational content. It does not originate loans, negotiate debt, provide legal representation, or recommend a particular lender.

Limitations

No calculator can predict an issuer’s daily interest charges, variable APR changes, credit score, or individual underwriting. Treat projections as a planning aid and use official statements for binding amounts.
